Return policy

According to the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvia No. 207, the buyer has the right to refuse the purchased item and return it within 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase.

If you want to return the purchased goods, after contacting us by tel. +37127065770, by email: info@darzsunmaja.lv or in person at the store, you will be sent or given an opt-out form. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within seven days after submitting or sending a written refusal.

To avoid misunderstandings, before placing an order, please make sure that the goods meet your expectations, are in the desired color, shape, size and material. In case of uncertainty, please ask us questions by phone. +37127065770, or by emailing them to:  info@darzsunmaja.lv.

Article 12, part six of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Lithuania stipulates that the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. SCELLA SIA reserves the right to refuse the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the product is used and/or damaged, if it is not in the original packaging, or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

If a product is purchased with a defect, the buyer must notify it immediately SCELLA SIA by phone +37127065770 or visiting the store in person at Gogolė iela 19, Riga, Latvia, otherwise it will not be possible to return the product.

When starting to use the purchased product, the buyer confirms that it corresponds to the desired product, and the product will no longer be accepted for return. Before using the product, please familiarize yourself with its instructions, as the product cannot be returned if it is damaged due to improper use.

The money paid for the product will be returned in person in the store or by review within 30 days of receipt of the consumer's written refusal. If the purchase was made with a review, the money will also be returned to your bank account after returning the product. The seller has the right not to refund to the buyer the amount of money he paid for the product, until the buyer has returned it to the store or submitted documents confirming the delivery of the product.

If you refuse the product, the money for the delivery will not be refunded.
